Rules for the day | Please adhere to all signage at the entrance to our events. |
Signing on | 7.00am – 9.30 am PROMPT. This will be at the Blue/Silver camper. Race numbers will be available at signing on. |
Scrutineering | Here you will be visibly checked to make sure you are displaying the correct race number. YOU NEED CLEAR NUMBERS ON ALL 3 PLATES. |
Riders briefing | 9:45am approx. Please listen very carefully for instructions for the day. |
Tear offs / helmets | We do not allow tear offs at our events. Helmets must be worn while riding your bike from your vehicle to scrutineering and to the start line, on the race track and also after the race has finished going back to your vehicle. |
Pits / refuelling area | All maintenance, refuelling and refreshments must be done in this area. |
Transponders | We will provide transponders at our events. |
Kids and dogs | Children & dogs are to be supervised at all times. Dogs must be on a lead at all times. Failure to comply the associated rider(s) will be extracted from the race. |
Noise limits | 94 decibels is the maximum noise permitted (Rider’s responsibility). Random noise testing will be carried out at scrutineering. |
First aid | To assist the emergency services in the event of an accident you are advised to wear an SOS/ID tag detailing blood group, name and address etc. |
Cleaning / litter | Jet washers are NOT to be used at this event. All litter must be removed from site - bag it and take it home please. |
Finish procedure | To appear in the race results you must time in at the end of the race duration. |
Cancellation | In case of adverse weather conditions we will contact all riders booked in that the event is cancelled and it will also be placed on our website/Facebook page. You can also contact Wendy on 07790 946239. If the event is cancelled for any reason or you cancel for any reason a £5 administration fee will be charged. This also applies to club members even if you carry the credit over. |
Minors | Although you can ride from the age of 14, you must send a Minors Consent Form in at least a week before the event. The Minors Consent Form must be completed for all riders 14-16 years of age. If you are aged 14-16, you need to contact the Club Secretary. If you are aged 16 or over, the normal booking procedure applies. WE CANNOT ACCEPT UNDER 16's ON THE DAY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. |
AMCA licence | If you haven’t got an AMCA licence you will need to take a day licence out which is £10 CASH on the day. A year licence can be purchased on the day or via the website/AMCA (cost £25). If you have an AMCA MX, Scramble or Classic Trails licence you need to bring it to the event please. |
Timing system | We use our own timing system so no need to bring transponders – results and rider profiles will be available when the last man has timed in. |
Medical staff | Central medical services will be on site throughout the duration of the race. |
Camping | Camping is only available from Saturday lunch time the day before the event. If you are intending to come earlier, please contact the Club Secretary to ask permission. |
Catering | Catering will be available on site. |
Toilets | Toilets will be available on site. |
Photographer | We have our own official photographer with all the relevant Insurances and Public Liability in place. No one else is authorised to take photos to sell or advertise on Facebook at our events. You can only take photos of your family and friends for personal use. |
Signage | Please adhere to all signage at the event. |
Track collection | You will be asked at each event to assist in helping take the track down. This will be done in classes and announced on the day. |
Insurance | No rider is to allow anyone associated with them on the back of their bikes at any of our events, to swap bikes or to ride in the paddock/parking areas – they are not insured to do so. |
Pushbikes | Please note we do not allow anyone to ride pushbikes in the paddock or around the race track. Children may ride their bikes in the paddock if they are camping but NOT ON THE TRACK. |
BBQ's and fires | Under no circumstances must BBQ's and fires be the sort that sit on the floor and scorch the grass. This is a working farm which will have cattle and sheep on after the event. IT'S ALSO A FIRE RISK! |
